We Are Your Hometown Western Store, Honored To Serve You For 60 Years...And Counting

Ranch-Land Western Store started as a dream of Mort and Louise McBride in the fall of 1959 and has been a staple on Main Street in Ainsworth, NE ever since. A need for quality western and work goods by local farmers and ranchers drove this dream into a reality that has lasted 60 years.

Expanding from a small building on the east side of Main Street to a multi-level store on the west side allowed for growth and expansion over the next five decades.

In August of 1988, the reins were handed over to their son, Joe. Throughout the past 30 years, he and his wife, Lori, have continued to focus on providing many generations of families with quality products at a fair value.

Today we’ve added a third generation into the mix with Rhe’Ann, who’s expanded the store to better serve our non-western customers and those who live out of the area by offering boutique style clothing for the ladies...all while remaining true to our roots.

Family and lots of good friends, who are like family, have always been the backbone of Ranch-Land's success and that is as true today as it was in the beginning.
